FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EKUV

      Extend the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Push the tabs shown by arrows <A> and <B> and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A01EMT0

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01EMO2

      Pull down the headlight cleaner actuator clamp as shown in the illustration.

    4. While pushing the tab shown by arrow <A>, disengage the claw and guide to remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

      Disengage the 7 clamps to remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  6. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET

        Remove the 2 screws and front license plate bracket.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EMD6

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EIX3

      Disengage the 4 claws and pin, and remove the front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01EJUI

      Disengage the 14 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING


    1. A01EKET

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front bumper moulding.

  13. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01EJ0U

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ELCV

      Disengage the 4 clamps.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

      *1 Bolt
      *2 Screw

      Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
