HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EKUV

      Extend the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01ELTEE01

      Push the tabs shown by arrows <A> and <B> and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A01EMT0

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01EMO2

      Pull down the headlight cleaner actuator clamp as shown in the illustration.

    4. While pushing the tab shown by arrow <A>, disengage the claw and guide to remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.
