FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

      Disengage the 3 clips, 7 claws and guide, and remove the front door scuff plate LH.

  3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

      Remove the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

      Disengage the 2 clips and 6 claws, and remove the rear door scuff plate LH.

  6. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH


    1. A01EJBD

      Remove the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

  7. REMOVE LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER LH

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the lap belt outer anchor cover.

  8. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the front seat outer belt assembly.

  9. REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

      Disengage the 2 claws, guide and 2 clips, and remove the lower center pillar garnish LH as shown in the illustration.

  10. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the tonneau cover assembly.

  11. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the deck board assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 3 deck board sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH


    1. A01ELW2

      Remove the 3 clips and remove the deck side trim box LH.

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EMLZ

      Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 deck board sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH


    1. A01EIQE

      Remove the 4 clips and remove the deck side trim box RH.

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD


    1. A01EK32

      Disengage the 6 clips and remove the No. 1 deck board.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ELM5

      Disengage the 2 claws, 2 guides and 5 clips, and remove the rear seat sub floor panel assembly.

  18. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

      Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips, and remove the rear floor finish plate.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat inner track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat outer track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  22. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT NO. 2 RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Pull down the adjuster's lock piece to release the lock as shown in the illustration.

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

    3. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle to the uppermost position and hold the handle in this position as shown in the illustration.

    4. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disconnect the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    5. Secure the rear seat No. 2 reclining control cable sub-assembly with the carpet hole as shown in the illustration.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01ELFU

      Remove the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    2. A01EM4L

      Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    3. Remove the rear seat assembly LH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  24. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL LH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 claws and remove the reclining remote control bezel LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  25. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the 2 luggage hold belt striker assemblies.

  26. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EIYD

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the rear seat outer belt assembly.

  27. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the bolt and clip.

    2. Disengage the 7 claws and 5 clips.

    3. Disconnect the connector and remove the deck trim side panel assembly LH.

  28. DISCONNECT FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disconnect the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01ELP8

      Disconnect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

  29. REMOVE FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the 8 clamps and remove the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.
