HOOD REASSEMBLY


  1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EKMX

      Engage the 5 clips and connect the washer hose assembly.

  2. INSTALL FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EMLX

      Connect a new front washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.

    2. A01EJ0B

      Engage the 2 claws and install the front washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  3. INSPECT FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. With the engine running, check that the center stream of washer fluid sprays on the windshield within the area shown in the illustration.

      OK
      Washer fluid hits the windshield in the area shown in the illustration.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the washer nozzle.

  4. ADJUST FRONT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Select a washer nozzle so that the washer fluid spray area is within the standard range. Replace the washer nozzle with the selected one.

  5. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR


    1. A01EIYF

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the hood insulator with the 10 clips.

  6. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. A01EITR

      Engage the 10 clips and install the hood to radiator support seal.
