FRONT CONSOLE BOX REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily install the rear console armrest assembly.

      Push in the box door hinge shafts by hand as far as possible.

      Tech Tips


      • The illustration is for the LH side.

      • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Using pliers, push in the box door hinge shafts completely.

      Tech Tips


      • Tape the plier tips before use.

      • The illustration is for the LH side.

      • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the rear console armrest assembly with the 2 E-rings.

  2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 4 clips to install the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL CENTER POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

      Engage the 2 claws to install the center power outlet socket cover.

  4. INSTALL CENTER POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 2 claws to install the center power point socket assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 console box illumination light assemblies.

  6. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX WIRE

      Connect the connectors to install the console box wire.

  7. INSTALL CONSOLE MOUNTING RETAINER ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 5 claws to install the console mounting retainer assembly.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT


    1. A01EM53

      Install the No. 2 console box duct with the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ELBV

      Aligning the inside groove of the front console box assembly with the rear console upper panel hinge, slide the rear console upper panel sub-assembly and install it.

  10. INSTALL STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EM3J

      Engage the 2 claws to install the stereo jack adapter assembly as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE BOX COVER


    1. A01ELVJ

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the front console box cover with the 3 screws.

    3. Engage the clamp.

  12. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX POCKET


    1. A01ELPJ

      Engage the 2 guides to install the console box pocket.

  13. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER DAMPER


    1. A01ELC8

      Install the instrument panel cup holder damper.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX CARPET


    1. A01ELIG

      Install the No. 1 console box carpet.
