REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat inner track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the rear seat outer track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  5. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Pull down the adjuster's lock piece to release the lock as shown in the illustration.

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

    3. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle to the uppermost position and hold the handle in this position as shown in the illustration.

    4. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disconnect the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01EMPM

      Remove the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    2. A01EMC9

      Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the rear seat assembly RH.

    3. Remove the rear seat assembly RH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  7. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP RH

      Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING RELEASE LEVER RH

      Remove the 3 screws and remove the rear seat reclining release lever RH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat reclining cover RH.

  10. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the center seat hinge cover RH as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat inner reclining cover RH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the hook.

    2. A01EKAQ

      Remove the 3 nuts and the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the hook.

      Disengage the hog ring.

    3. A01EJF6

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    4. A01EITC

      Disengage each hook and remove the rear seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.

  14. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD RH

      Disengage the 20 claws.

    2. A01EJ9V

      Disengage the 4 clips and 3 guides, and remove the rear seatback board RH as shown in the illustration.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. A01EKMJ

      Disengage the 2 guides and disconnect the rear seatback upper lock bezel as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the claw and 2 guides, and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support LH.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support RH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center headrest support LH.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center headrest support RH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the hook as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01EK93

      Disengage the 2 hog rings.

    3. A01ELG2

      Remove the 3 hog rings and the rear seatback cover with pad.

  22. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, nut, and the rear center seat outer belt assembly.
