REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01EM4A

      Install the rear seat inner belt assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01EITC

      Engage each hook as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01EJF6

      Engage the 4 hooks.

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seat cushion cover with pad with a new hog ring.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      Engage the hook to install the rear seat cushion with pad.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EKAQ

      Install the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
    2. A01EJ29

      Engage the hook and install the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH


    1. A01EISF

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seat reclining cover RH with the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH


    1. A01EL17

      Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the center seat hinge cover RH with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat inner reclining cover RH with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING RELEASE LEVER RH


    1. A01EMH0

      Install the rear seat reclining release lever RH with the 3 screws.

  8. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP RH


    1. A01EJ1P

      Engage the 3 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Place the rear seat assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A01EMC9

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    3. A01EMPM

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  10. CONNECT REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 claws and connect the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

    5. Pull up the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjuster's spring is not compressed.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER

      Engage the 3 claws and guide, and install the rear seat outer track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. A01EJ0A

      Engage the 3 claws and guide, and install the rear seat inner track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
