DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER


    1. A01EJ8O

      Install the door control receiver with the bolt.

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

  3. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 7 claws and the 6 clips.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the bolt and clip.

  4. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Place the rear seat assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A01EMC9

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    3. A01EMPM

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  8. CONNECT REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 claws and connect the rear seat reclining control cable sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

    5. Pull up the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjuster's spring is not compressed.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH

      Engage the 3 claws and guide, and install the rear seat outer track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH

      Engage the 3 claws and guide, and install the rear seat inner track bracket cover as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

  13. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

      Engage the 4 clips and 2 claws to install the rear floor finish plate.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ELM5

      Engage the 2 guides, 2 claws and 5 clips to install the rear seat sub floor panel assembly.

  15. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD


    1. A01EK32

      Engage the 6 clips to install the No. 1 deck board.

  16. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH


    1. A01ELW2

      Install the deck side trim box LH with the 3 clips.

  17. INSTALL NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EINV

      Engage the 2 guides to install the No. 3 deck board sub-assembly.

  18. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH


    1. A01EIQE

      Install the deck side trim box RH with the 4 clips.

  19. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EMLZ

      Engage the 2 guides to install the No. 2 deck board sub-assembly.

  20. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EL2J

      Engage the 2 guides to install the deck board assembly.

  21. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  22. CONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

      *1 Alignment mark (Pink)

      Align the alignment mark (Pink) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip RH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.
