FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET

    1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the lower console box pocket.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 dampers.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. Remove the 4 screws and console compartment door sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Slide the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly and remove the 2 screws.

    2. Slide the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly and remove the 2 screws and console compartment door hinge sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Put protective tape around the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.

    2. Using moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips.

    3. Detach the 2 claws and remove the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX WIRE

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and remove the console box wire.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 claws to remove the console box illumination light assembly.

  7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX LENS

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front No. 1 console box lens.
