FRONT CONSOLE BOX (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Click here.


  1. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 clips to install the console box assembly.

    2. Install the 2 screws and 4 bolts.

    3. Connect the 4 connectors and attach the wire harness clamp.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT


    1. Install the No. 2 console box duct with the 2 clips.

  3. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT BOX ASSEMBLY WITH TELEVISION DISPLAY


    1. Connect the 4 connectors.

    2. Move the console compartment box assembly with television display upward to attach the 2 hooks.

    3. Install the console compartment box assembly with television display with the 6 bolts.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 CONSOLE END PANEL GARNISH


    1. Attach the 2 clips and 4 guides to install the rear No. 1 console end panel garnish.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 CONSOLE END PANEL GARNISH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the rear No. 1 console end panel garnish.

  6. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX GARNISH

    1. Attach the 2 clips to install the rear console box garnish.

  7. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

    1. Install the upper No. 1 console panel garnish with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

    1. Attach the 5 clips and 3 guides to install the upper rear console panel garnish.

  9. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE COVER


    1. Install the lower console cover.

  10. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 5 guides and 4 clips to install the lower No. 1 instrument panel finish panel.

  11. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. Attach the 5 guides and 4 clips to install the lower No. 2 instrument panel finish panel.

  12. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 6 clips to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

  13. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL


    1. Attach the 5 clips to install the upper instrument cluster finish panel.

  14. INSTALL UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect each connector and attach each wire harness clamp.

    2. Attach the 6 clips to install the upper rear console panel sub-assembly.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 3 box panel.

  16. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Twist the shift lever knob sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

  17. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH


    1. Attach the rear part of the instrument panel finish panel end LH 3 clips.

    2. Attach the front part of the instrument panel finish panel end LH 6 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

  18. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH
