SEAT VIBRATOR MODULE ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire)


    1. A01GXQQ

      Detach the 2 clips and remove the deck trim side board LH.

  3. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

      Detach the clip, fastening tape and remove the battery service hole cover LH.

  4. REMOVE ROPE HOOK

      Remove the 4 rope hooks by pushing the claws in the direction of the arrows in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GWVA

      Remove the 4 bolts and 4 rope hook assemblies.

  6. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH

      1. Remove the clip.

      2. Remove the deck trim side board RH.

    2. w/o Spare Tire:


      1. Detach the clip and remove the deck trim side board RH.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    *1 Protective Tape

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER

      Detach the 5 clips and remove the No. 1 cooler cover.

  9. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

      Remove the 3 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the front luggage compartment trim cover.

  10. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)

  11. REMOVE TOOL BOX (w/o Spare Tire)

      Remove the 2 clips and tool box.

  12. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE


    1. A01GW5P

      Remove the 3 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 clips and remove the rear floor finish plate.

  13. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01H0Y9

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the claw and luggage compartment trim cover assembly LH.

  14. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR MODULE ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 claws and disconnect the air hose connector.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 3 bolts and the module.
