REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman) INSTALLATION

  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

    A01GXML

    1. Install the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

    A01GXYT

    1. Install the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly RH with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GWCGE02

      Connect the air duct to the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear No. 2 seat adjuster assembly with the 4 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      for bolt A
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
      except bolt A
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

      *1 Protruding Part

      w/ Center Seat:

      Connect the anchor part of the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear center seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the anchor bracket.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01H14ZE01

      Connect the air duct to the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 seat adjuster assembly with the 4 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      for bolt A
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
      except bolt A
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  5. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)

    A01GWO2E01

    1. Install the rear center seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear center seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear seat adjuster.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)


    1. A01GYO5

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    2. Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    3. A01GZWCE03

      Attach the hook to the center seatback frame wire.

    4. Attach the 2 clips to install the rear seat armrest hole board.

    5. A01H1N5

      While pressing the button, lower the rear center seat headrest assembly.

    6. Raise the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

    A01GZ4EE01

    1. Connect the rear seatback assembly LH to the rear No. 2 seatback adjuster assembly, and press down on the rear seatback assembly LH to install it to the rear No. 2 seatback adjuster assembly. Then connect the air duct to the vehicle body.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear seatback assembly LH to the rear No. 2 seatback adjuster assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the clip and attach the 3 pieces of fastening tape.

      Connect the 3 connectors and attach the 7 wire harness clamps.

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    6. Install the junction block with the bolt.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }
    7. A01GY4K

      Connect the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH to the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

    8. Attach the 2 claws to close the 2 caps.

      Connect the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly to overlap protruding parts of the floor panel.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

    A01H06FE01

    1. Connect the rear seatback assembly RH to the rear No. 2 seat adjuster assembly, and press down on the rear seatback assembly RH to install it to the rear No. 2 seat adjuster assembly. Then connect the air duct to the vehicle body.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear seatback assembly RH to the rear No. 2 seat adjuster assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    3. Attach the clip and 3 pieces of fastening tape.

    4. Attach the 2 claws to connect the air hose.

    5. Install the nut.

      Connect the 3 connectors and attach the 6 wire harness clamps.

      Connect the 3 connectors.

    8. Install the junction block with the bolt.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }
    9. A01GWPF

      Install the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly RH to the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

    10. Attach the 2 claws to close the 2 caps.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Rear Console Box)

  10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Seat)

      Attach the rear hook of the center seat cushion assembly to the center seatback frame sub-assembly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Attach the front hook of the rear center seat cushion assembly to the vehicle body.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01GXP2

      Install the rear seat airbag assembly RH with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01GWEX

      Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the rear hook of the rear seat cushion assembly LH to the rear seatback frame assembly LH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    3. Attach the 2 front hooks of the rear seat cushion assembly LH to the rear No. 2 seat adjuster assembly.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

    2. Operate the ottoman switch to move the ottoman to the return position.

    3. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

      CAUTION:

      Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

      Note

      When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

      Connect the connector.

    5. Attach the rear hook of the rear seat cushion assembly RH to the rear seatback spring assembly RH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    6. Attach the 2 front hooks of the rear seat cushion assembly RH to the the rear No. 1 seat adjuster assembly.

    7. Connect the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks.

    8. Connect the seat cushion ottoman part with the 2 nuts.

    9. Install the 2 seat cushion cover hooks.

  14. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  15. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

      Attach the battery service hole cover LH with the clip and fastening tape.

  16. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire)

      Attach the 2 clips to install the deck trim side board LH.

  17. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)
