INITIALIZE PARKING ASSIST MONITOR SYSTEM

1. When "System initializing" is displayed on the accessory meter assembly, correct the steering angle neutral point using the following method.

   
   

   1. Fully turn the steering wheel to the right and left on flat ground.

      Note

      Memorizing the steering angle neutral point must be carried out with the power switch is on (READY). Apply the parking brake, depress the brake pedal, check that the shift lever is in P, and ensure that the vehicle is not moving.
