C1AE6 Rear Left Sensor Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear left corner sensor) is installed on the rear bumper. The ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the rear left corner sensor. If the rear left corner sensor has an open circuit or other malfunction, it will not function normally.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note

If the DTC is output after repairs, turn the power switch on (IG) and move the shift lever to R. Then clear the DTC.
