DISC PLAYER (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET


    1. A01GZACE01

      Insert the bracket aligning protrusions labeled A into the disc player holes.

    2. Install the No. 1 disc player bracket with the 2 bolts labeled B.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET


    1. A01GZKAE01

      Insert the bracket aligning protrusions labeled A into the disc player holes.

    2. Install the No. 2 disc player bracket with the 2 bolts labeled B.

  3. INSTALL DISC PLAYER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01GZ0P

      Install the disc player assembly with bracket to the rear console box.

    2. A01GYOG

      Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the clamps and connect all the connectors.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX PANEL


    1. Attach the 4 clips to install the rear seat console box panel.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01GXUV

      Move the rear seat console box assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration, and attach the 2 clips. Then install it with the 6 bolts.

    3. Install the service plug cover with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    4. Attach the 4 clips to install the rear seat console box front panel.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOWER CONSOLE BOX COVER


    1. Attach the 2 hooks and 4 claws to install the rear seat lower console box cover.
