  1. Click here

    CHECK VISUAL MUTE SIGNAL CIRCUIT


    1. A01GZVKE11

      Remove the multi-media module receiver assembly connector still connected (Click here).

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L165-4 (VMTR) - Body ground RSE playing → Source changed Higher than 3.5 V → Below 1 V

  2. Click here

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the L165 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the R92*1, *3 or R112*2 television display assembly connector.


      • *1: for 4-Passenger with Ottoman

      • *2: for 5-Passenger with Ottoman

      • *3: except Ottoman

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for 4-Passenger with Ottoman, except Ottoman
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L165-4 (VMTR) - R92-4 (VMTR) Always Below 1 Ω
      L165-4 (VMTR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      for 5-Passenger with Ottoman
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L165-4 (VMTR) - R112-4 (VMTR) Always Below 1 Ω
      L165-4 (VMTR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  3. Click here

    CHECK TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily replace the television display assembly with a new or normally functioning one.


    2. Check that the visual mute signal circuit functioning normally.
