INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISC PLAYER ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    • *1: for 4-Passenger with Ottoman

    • *2: for 5-Passenger with Ottoman

    • *3: except Ottoman


    1. Disconnect the z95*1 or R98*2, *3 disc player assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the R92*1, *3 or R112*2 television display assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      for 4-Passenger with Ottoman

      z95-2 (L+) - R92-11 (L2+) Always Below 1 Ω
      z95-1 (L-) - R92-12 (L2-) Always Below 1 Ω
      z95-4 (R+) - R92-9 (R2+) Always Below 1 Ω
      z95-3 (R-) - R92-10 (R2-) Always Below 1 Ω
      z95-2 (L+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z95-1 (L-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z95-4 (R+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z95-3 (R-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      z95-5 (SLD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      for 5-Passenger with Ottoman
