  1. INSPECT ENTRY LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH

    Component without harness connected:

    (Entry Lock and Unlock Switch)
    *b Push

    1. Disconnect the connectors.

    2. Remove the outside handle.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+) Lock switch not pushed (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher
      1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+) Lock switch pushed (ON) Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the entry lock and unlock switch.
