DESCRIPTION

When the front millimeter wave radar sensor is replaced with a new one, it acquires the country specification information from the driving support ECU. Also, when the driving support ECU is replaced with a new one, it receives the country specification information from the No. 1 meter ECU sub-assembly. When the country specification information in the sensor and ECU do not match, DTC C1A0A is output.

      Tech Tips


      • The country specification information of the driving support ECU is decided by the No. 1 meter ECU sub-assembly. Even if the country specification information for the vehicle and sensor match, if the country specification information for the vehicle and ECU/meter do not match, it is necessary to replace the ECU and meter.

      • When the country specification information (North America←→Europe) for the vehicle and sensor do not match, the sensor's information can be overwritten by performing the sensor's axis adjustment.
