REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER


    1. A01GZ89E01

      w/o Illumination:

      Install the rear seat inner belt assembly center with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the vehicle body.

    2. A01GZTWE01

      w/ Illumination:


      1. Install the rear seat inner belt assembly center with the bolt.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

        Note

        Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the vehicle body.

      2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

    1. w/o Illumination:

      Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the vehicle body.

      w/ Illumination:


      1. Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

        Note

        Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the vehicle body.

      2. Connect the connector.

  3. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER

    1. Connect the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly center with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the vehicle body.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.


    1. Set the bench type rear seat cushion assembly in place.

      *A w/ Seat Heater System

      w/ Seat Heater System:

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    3. Attach the 2 rear hooks of the bench type rear seat cushion assembly to the bench type rear seatback assembly.

    4. Attach the 3 front hooks to install the bench type rear seat cushion assembly.

    5. Confirm that the bench type rear seat cushion assembly is firmly installed.

      Note

      When installing the bench type rear seat cushion assembly, make sure the seat belt buckle is not under the bench type rear seat cushion assembly.
