REAR COOLING UNIT (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System) DISASSEMBLY

    REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

      Remove the drain cooler hose.

    REMOVE REAR COOLER FILTER

      Remove the rear cooler filter.

  3. Click here

    REMOVE SMOKE SENSOR

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and smoke sensor.

  4. Click here

    REMOVE NO. 1 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

    REMOVE NO. 1 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

    REMOVE NO. 2 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

  7. Click here

    REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and piping parts clamp.

    2. A01GZ1S

      Cut off the 3 cable ties.

    3. A01GXWK

      Remove the packing.

    4. A01H0ZX

      Remove the butyl tape.

    5. A01GZ85

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    6. Remove the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

    7. Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

  8. Click here

    REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

      Disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve.

  9. Click here

    REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the packing.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. A01GZU5

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

    4. Remove the air conditioning tube assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube assembly.

    REMOVE NO. 3 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and No. 3 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

    REMOVE REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and air duct LH.

    2. A01GXI5

      Remove the 3 screws and air duct RH.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. A01H0UV

      Remove the 3 screws and rear blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

    REMOVE NO. 2 WIRING AIR CONDITIONER HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Cut off the cable tie.

    2. Disconnect the connectors and detach the clamps.

    3. Remove the No. 2 wiring air conditioner harness sub-assembly.

    REMOVE REAR EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the packing.

    2. A01GXNU

      Remove the 6 clips and 8 screws.

    3. Detach the clamp and remove the rear cooling unit case (upper).

    4. A01GWLP

      Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

    REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER THERMISTOR

      Remove the No. 2 cooler thermistor.
