BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01H1S4

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. Detach the claw and remove the blower assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01H18B

      Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER


    1. A01H23C

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the clean air filter.
