BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT (for RHD) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      *1 Stop Light Switch

      Loosen the lock nut, and then remove the stop light switch.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD

  3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the sensor connector.

    2. A01GZ92

      Remove the 2 bolts and sensor.

      Note

      Do not drop the sensor. If the sensor has been dropped, replace the sensor with a new one.

  4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Brake Pedal Support
      *2 Nut
      *3 Hexagon Bolt

      Remove the nut, hexagon bolt and brake pedal support.

      *1 Brake Pedal Bracket Collar
      *2 Bush

      Remove the brake pedal bracket collar and 2bushes from the brake pedal.

    3. A01H1P2E01

      Remove the cushion from the brake pedal.
