DESCRIPTION
When the tire pressure monitor initiator driver detects a problem with the drive circuit, it notifies the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver of the malfunction, and the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver stores DTC C2153/53.

Clear the DTCs (Click here).
Turn the power switch off.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of 8 km/h (5 mph) or more for 30 seconds or more.
Check if the same DTC is output (Click here).
