REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL BRACKET


    1. A01GXGK

      Install the bracket with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU


    1. A01GXQVE01

      Connect the ECU connector.


      1. Connect the ECU connector. (*1)

      2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)

      3. Lock the lever's lock. (*3)

    2. Connect the shielded ground wire connector.

    3. A01H20X

      Install the ECU with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR CONNECTOR


    1. A01H1DVE01

      Connect the actuator connector labeled A.

    2. Connect the actuator connector labeled B.


      1. Connect the actuator connector. (*1)

      2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)

      3. Lock the lever's lock. (*3)

  4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  5. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP

    CAUTION:

    Be sure to wear insulated gloves.


    1. Wear insulated gloves and insert the service plug grip.

    2. Turn the lever of the service plug grip 90° and slide the service plug grip downward until a click sound is heard.

  6. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. Install the service plug cover with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  8. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

      Attach the battery service hole cover LH with the clip and fastening tape.
