C1943 Front Vehicle Speed Signal

DESCRIPTION

If the front active stabilizer control ECU receives a wheel speed malfunction signal, DTC C1943 is output. The wheel speed signal is diagnosed by the skid control ECU. If electronically controlled brake system related DTCs are output, perform a diagnosis for those DTCs. If no electronically controlled brake system DTCs are output, there may be a malfunction in the front active stabilizer control ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC (ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM)


    1. Turn the power switch OFF.

    2. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    3. Turn the power switch ON (READY) and the tester ON.

    4. Check that electronically controlled brake system DTCs are not output Click here.

      OK
      DTC is not output.
