Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
DISCONNECT FRONT DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY LH
Remove the bolt and disconnect the flexible hose from the steering knuckle.
Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect front disc brake caliper.
Note
Hang the front disc brake caliper assembly with a rope or wire.
Do not damage the brake hose.
REMOVE FRONT DISC

Remove the front disc from the front axle hub.
Tech Tips
Put matchmarks on the disc and axle hub.
REMOVE FRONT AXLE HUB BOLT LH
Using SST, remove the front axle hub bolt.
Note
Do not damage the threads of the hub bolts.
INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB BOLT LH
Note
Do not damage the threads of the hub bolts.
Install nuts to prevent damage to the hub bolts.
Install a washer and nut to a new hub bolt as shown in the illustration.
Using a screwdriver or an equivalent to hold the hub, turn the nut to pull the hub bolt until the bottom surface of the hub bolt head touches the axle hub.
INSTALL FRONT DISC
Note
Be sure to check the identification mark when installing the disc.

Align the matchmarks and install the front disc.
Note
When replacing the front disc with a new one, select the installation position where the front disc has minimum runout.
CONNECT FRONT DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY LH
Install the front disc brake caliper to the steering knuckle with 2 new bolts.
Note
Do not twist the flexible hose.
Make sure the threaded parts are free from foreign matter and are not damaged.
Be careful not to overtighten the bolts, as the steering knuckle is made of aluminum.
Connect the flexible hose to the steering knuckle with the bolt.
