TRANSMISSION WIRE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE


    1. Coat the O-ring on the transmission wire with ATF.

    2. Install the transmission wire.

      Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), tighten the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 ft.*lbf }

      Use the formula to calculate special torque value for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Click here.

    4. A01H0CZ

      Connect the wire connector.

    5. A01GWRR

      Connect the 3 connectors to the solenoid valves.

    6. Connect the 3 oil pressure switch connectors.

      Note

      Make sure that the terminals are securely engaged with the oil pressure switches.

      Tech Tips

      If the terminals do not engage securely, replace the transmission wire.

    7. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the ATF temperature sensor.

    8. Install the ATF temperature sensor and lock plate with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.6 N*m  { 67 kgf*cm, 58 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY

  3. CONNECT OXYGEN SENSOR CONNECTOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)


    1. A01GXHK

      Install the sensor connector bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
    2. A01GXQL

      Connect the sensor connector.

  4. ADD TRANSMISSION FLUID


    1. Add transmission fluid Click here.

  5. INSTALL FRONT CENTER FLOOR COVER (w/ Cover)


    1. Install the front center floor cover with the 3 screws, 2 bolts and clip.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
