OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ACTUATOR REMOVAL

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

    REMOVE OUTER MIRROR GLASS


    1. Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.

    2. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and separate the outer rear view mirror glass from the mirror body.

      Tip:

      Apply protective tape to the outer rear view mirror to prevent it from being damaged.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the mirror glass.

      Remove the 3 screws.

      Disconnect the 2 clamps and open the cover.

    3. A01DMVB

      Disconnect the connector and remove the outer mirror actuator assembly LH.
