FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Refrigerated Cool Box) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 cooler blower motor sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER BLOWER FAN


    1. Align the fan motor splines and install the No. 1 cooler blower fan.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the fan splines.

    2. Attach the 4 claws to install the blower fan cover.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Tighten the 2 nuts and install the liquid tube, cooler magnet valve and No. 2 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      13.3 N*m  { 136 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 2 claws.

      Install the cooler evaporator assembly.

    4. A01DPXF

      Install the cooling unit case.

    5. Install the 4 bolts.

    6. Install the 5 holding springs.

    7. Install the air duct with the 3 screws and 5 bolts.

  4. INSTALL COOLING UNIT DOOR


    1. Install the cooling unit door with the 8 screws and 2 bolts.

    2. Install new packing.

  5. INSTALL COOLER CONTROL SWITCH SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the cooler control switch sub-assembly.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER WIRING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the 3 connectors and install the No. 1 cooler wiring harness sub-assembly.

    2. Install new packing.

  7. INSTALL NO. 3 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE

      Install the No. 3 cooler unit drain hose.

  8. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the air conditioning amplifier assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  9. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 12 claws to install the cooling box assembly.

    2. Install the 6 screws.

  10. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the console box register.

  11. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

    2. Attach the 5 claws.

    3. Install the 6 screws.

  12. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 6 screws.
