REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type RH Side) REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

    A01DSHU

    1. Pull the rear seat cushion band and release the lock.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and seat cushion.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the headrest.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. Press the seatback lock release button to release the lock and fold down the seatback.

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Using a clip remover, detach the 5 clips.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the carpet.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the bolt and detach the 2 claws, and then disconnect the outer belt.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts that secure the seatback to the floor.

    3. Fold down the seatback, remove the bolt from the hinge, and then remove the seatback.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the bolt and hinge.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER BASE RH

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 6 claws.

    2. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the 2 guides and remove the lever base.

    3. A01DOCA

      Detach the cable clamp and disconnect the cable.

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly Click here.

  11. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)


    1. Remove the tonneau cover.

  14. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

    Use the same procedure for the other front luggage compartment trim cover.


    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cap.

      Remove the bolt, luggage hold belt striker and front luggage compartment trim cover.

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the clip and remove the No. 1 deck board.

  16. REMOVE REAR FLOOR REAR MAT SUPPORT PLATE

    1. Detach the 5 clips and 4 claws and remove the rear floor mat rear support plate.

  17. REMOVE FLOOR SIDE RAIL LH (w/ Deck Rail)

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and floor side rail.

  18. REMOVE FLOOR SIDE RAIL RH (w/ Deck Rail)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  19. REMOVE REAR FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY


    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear floor carpet.

  20. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER

    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the rear No. 1 seat outer lap belt anchor cover.

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

    Use the same procedure for the other No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook.


    1. Remove the luggage compartment trim hook by turning it clockwise.

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover)

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 tonneau cover holder cap.

  23. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  24. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH


    1. w/o Rear No. 2 Seat:


      1. A01DO7E

        Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

      2. A01DPCT

        Detach the 6 claws and 2 guides and disconnect the rear seatback lock control lever base.

      3. Remove the 4 bolts and screws.

      4. Detach the 5 clips and 8 claws.

      5. Disconnect each connector.

      6. Pass the rear seatback lock control lever base through the deck trim side panel and remove the deck trim side panel.

    2. w/ Rear No. 2 Seat:


      1. A01DO7E

        Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

      2. A01DTTR

        Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

      3. Remove the 2 bolts and screw.

      4. Detach the 4 clips and 8 claws.

      5. Disconnect each connector and remove the deck trim side panel.

  25. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the striker.

      Note

      Do not wipe off the grease on the sliding portion of the striker.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK STRIKER
