REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type RH Side) DISASSEMBLY

REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 cushions.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK PROTECTOR

1. Remove the 2 screws.

2. Detach the 2 hooks and remove the protector.

REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER RH

1. Using a moulding remover, detach the hooks and remove the cover.

REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

1. Disconnect the seat cushion band from the seat cushion cover.

2. Detach the hooks and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

1. Cut off the tack pins and remove the cover from the cushion pad.

REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

1. Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.

REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION BAND

1. Remove the band as shown in the illustration.

REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG BRACKET COVER

1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure for both covers.

REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

1. Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the cover.

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure for both covers.

REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

1. Using a clip remover, detach the 3 clips.

2. Detach the guide and remove the board.

REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER RH

1. Remove the screw.

2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.

REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the screw.

2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.

REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt and bush.

2. Remove the 2 bolts and center seatback.

REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER

1. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER LH

1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts, 2 bushes and armrest.

2. 

   Remove the bush.

REMOVE NO. 2 CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY RH

1. Remove the 2 cup holders.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER

1. Using a moulding remover, detach the claw.

2. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the clip and 2 guides and remove the cover.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

1. Detach the 4 claws and 3 clips, and then remove the board.

REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.

REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

1. Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire.

2. Remove the 2 bolts and lock.

REMOVE REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

1. Remove the 2 screws and control lever.

REMOVE CENTER NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER

1. Remove the screw.

2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

1. Remove the 2 screws.

2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

1. Remove the release button as shown in the illustration.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the grommet.

REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.

REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and 2 guides, and then remove the cap.

   Tip:

   Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

1. Remove the screw.

2. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.

3. Disconnect the outer belt from the cover.

REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

1. Remove the protector from the striker.

REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER

1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the striker.

REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

1. Remove the hog rings, detach the hook, and then remove the seatback cover with pad.

2. Disconnect the outer belt from the seatback cover with pad.

1. Remove the hog rings and cover from the seatback pad.

REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

1. Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the belt guide.

REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR LH

1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the protector.

1. Detach the claw and remove the protector.
