COMBINATION METER INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the 2 connectors.

    2. Install the combination meter assembly with the 4 screws.

  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 clips and 2 guides.

    3. Attach the 4 claws.

    4. Attach the 4 claws to install the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE GARNISH (for RHD)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the instrument panel finish plate garnish.

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ORNAMENT (for LHD)


    1. Attach the 3 clips to install the instrument cluster finish panel ornament.

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  7. RESTORE AUTOAWAY/RETURN FUNCTION (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column)


    1. Restore the Autoaway/Return function setting to the previous condition by changing the customize parameter Click here.
