DESCRIPTION

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1268 The skid control ECU receives an L4 abnormal status signal from the four wheel drive control ECU via the CAN.

  • Transfer system

  • Brake actuator assembly (Skid control ECU)

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT TRANSFER L4 SHIFT


    1. Shift the transfer to L4, and then drive the vehicle and check that there are no problems with the transfer system.

      OK
      There are no problems with the transfer system.

    NG

    GO TO TRANSFER SYSTEM (PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE) Click here

  2. RECONFIRM DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Shift the transfer to L4, drive the vehicle, and then check for DTCs Click here.
