REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY (w/ Differential Lock) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove any dust and oil from the differential carrier assembly and the contact surfaces of the axle housing.

    2. Install a new gasket and the differential carrier assembly with the 11 nuts and 11 washers.

      Torque:
      52 N*m  { 530 kgf*cm, 38 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the differential lock actuator connector.

    4. Connect the rear differential lock actuator breather hose to the differential actuator assembly.
