REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY (w/ Differential Lock) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR AXLE SHAFT LH


    1. Remove the rear axle shaft LH Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR AXLE SHAFT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the propeller shaft assembly Click here.

  4. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 11 nuts, 11 washers and differential carrier.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the contact surface.

    2. Disconnect the rear differential lock actuator breather hose from the differential actuator assembly.

    3. A01DSKG

      Disconnect the differential lock actuator connector.

  5. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER GASKET
