CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR (for LHD) REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID FROM CLUTCH LINE

  2. REMOVE FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 1GR-FE)


    1. Remove the front propeller shaft Click here.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH HOUSING COVER (for 1GR-FE)

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and housing cover.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. for 1GR-FE:


      1. Remove the clutch release cylinder to accumulator tube Click here.

      2. A01DLZQ

        Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the clutch release cylinder to flexible tube.

        Tech Tips

        Use a container to catch the fluid.

      3. Remove the nut.

      4. A01DPEZ

        Remove the 3 bolts and clutch accumulator.

        Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the clutch master cylinder to flexible hose tube.

        Tech Tips

        Use a container to catch the fluid.

      2. A01DMFE

        Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the accumulator to flexible hose tube.

        Tech Tips

        Use a container to catch the fluid.

      3. A01DN1T

        Remove the 3 nuts and clutch accumulator.
