P1575 Warning Buzzer Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

When the skid control ECU detects a malfunction in the skid control buzzer circuit, a malfunction signal is sent to the ECM and a DTC is stored.

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
P1575 While the vehicle speed is 50 km/h (31 mph) or more with the cruise control switch on, a skid control buzzer circuit malfunction signal is received from the skid control ECU for 1 second.

PROCEDURE


  1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Select the item below in the Active Test, and then check that the skid control buzzer sounds Click here.

    GO TO VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM Click here

  2. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Perform the following to make sure the DTC detection conditions are met.

      Tech Tips

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.


      1. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (31 mph) or more.

      2. Turn the cruise control switch on.

    3. Check for DTCs Click here.
