VACUUM REGULATING VALVE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ELECTRIC VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for EGR)


    1. Install the electric vacuum regulating valve together with the bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      *2 Pink Mark

      Connect the 4 vacuum hoses.

      Note

      Install the vacuum hoses so that they completely cover the pipes.

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL GAS FILTER WITH GAS FILTER BRACKET


    1. Install the gas filter with gas filter bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses.

      Note

      Install the vacuum hoses so that they completely cover the pipes.

  3. INSTALL EGR VALVE BRACKET


    1. Install the EGR valve bracket with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

  4. CONNECT ENGINE WIRE


    1. Attach the clamp and connect the engine wire.
