FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for Single Tank Type) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP AND GAUGE TUBE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)


    1. Remove the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (for 3 Door)

    1. Remove the 5 screws.

    2. Detach the 6 claws and remove the rear floor mat rear support plate.

  3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (for 3 Door)

    Tech Tips

    Fold back the floor mat so that the rear floor service hole cover can be removed.

      Remove the 3 screws and rear floor service hole cover.

  4. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

      Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.

    2. A01DNJSE01

      Press down on the fuel sender gauge claw labeled A. Then slide the fuel sender gauge assembly upward to remove it.

  5. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

      Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector and fuel pump connector.

    2. Remove the 5 screws and fuel sender gauge assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket from the fuel sender gauge assembly.
