AIR PUMP (w/ Secondary Air Injection System) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR PUMP COVER


    1. A01DMJ1

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the air pump cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE


    1. A01DMVF

      Remove the No. 1 air injection system hose from the air pump and air tube.

  3. REMOVE AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01DOYN

      Disconnect the air pump connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. A01DUNA

      Remove the 3 bolts, and air pump with bracket.

    3. A01DM75

      Detach the air pump connector clamp and wire harness clamp.

    4. A01DSD1

      Detach the 3 fittings of the air pump insulator and remove the air pump from the bracket.
