DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored if the navigation receiver assembly receives a signal via CAN communication from the spiral cable sub-assembly that indicates an internal malfunction.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

  • When "System initializing" is displayed on the navigation receiver assembly after the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point Click here.

  • Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the parking assist monitor system may be needed Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. REPLACE SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Replace the spiral cable sub-assembly with a normally functioning one Click here.

    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.
