    REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

      Освободите 7 фиксаторов и снимите левую боковую крышку моторного отсека.

    REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH

      Снимите 7 фиксаторов и правую боковую крышку моторного отсека.

    REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

      Освободите 3 фиксатора и снимите верхнее уплотнение кронштейна радиатора.

    REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

    2. Turn the clip indicated by the arrow in the illustration to remove the fender splash shield.

    REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING A

      Освободите 3 фиксатора и снимите уплотнение облицовки фартука переднего крыла A.

    DISCONNECT FRONT FENDER LINER RH


    1. Remove the screw, and disconnect the liner from the front bumper cover.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 3 screws.

    3. Remove the 5 clips.

    4. Partially remove the fender liner.

      Tip:

      It is not necessary to fully remove the fender liner. Partially remove it so that the air pump can be removed.

    REMOVE AIR CLEANER AND HOSE

      Отсоедините шланг системы принудительной вентиляции картера № 2 и воздушный шланг № 1.

    2. Отсоедините разъем датчика массового расхода воздуха и снимите хомут.

    3. Выверните 3 болта, ослабьте хомут шланга и снимите воздушный фильтр и шланг.

    REMOVE NO. 3 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

      Inside engine room:


      1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 air injection system hose from the air tube.

      2. Detach the clamp and disconnect the No. 3 air injection system hose from the clamp.

      Inside front fender RH:


      1. Detach the clamp from the air pump bracket.

      2. Slide the clip and remove the No. 3 air injection system hose.

    REMOVE AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the connector clamp from the bracket.

    3. Disconnect the wire harness from the clamp.

      Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and air pump assembly.

    REMOVE AIR PUMP INLET

      Remove the 2 bolts and air pump inlet.

    REMOVE NO. 1 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE


    1. A01EO1L

      Remove the No. 1 air injection system hose from the air pump assembly.

    REMOVE AIR PUMP

      Detach the 2 clamps from the air pump bracket.

    2. Remove the 3 insulators from the air pump.
