HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING


    1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR


    1. A0161PE

      Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector.

    2. A0160Z5

      Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

      Tech Tips

      For the headlight leveling motor RH, rotate it symmetrical to the directional arrow shown in the illustration.

    3. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT

      Install the front bumper side support with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the headlight cord.

    2. A0162M2

      Turn the front turn signal light bulb and the headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.

  5. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET


    1. Connect the connector and install the clearance light socket.

  6. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

      Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A015YPV

      Install the No. 2 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET


    1. Install a new No. 2 headlight cover gasket.

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A015ZT1

      Install the No. 2 headlight back cover as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A0160M0E01

      Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

    2. A0163BQ

      Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect it.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET


    1. Install a new No. 1 headlight cover gasket.

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A015ZLG

      Install the No. 1 headlight back cover as shown in the illustration.
