DESCRIPTION

The headlight leveling motor receives a signal from the AFS ECU to operate. The AFS ECU receives signals regarding the operating conditions of the headlight leveling motor.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / AFS / Active Test.

    5. Check the operation.

    1. Disconnect the B12 and B2 headlight assembly connectors.

    2. Disconnect the A28 AFS ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
