LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENER SYSTEM Luggage Compartment Door Opener does not Operate

DESCRIPTION

While the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH) has received the ON signal from the luggage compartment opener main switch, the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH) activates the luggage compartment door lock motor when the ON signal from the luggage compartment door opener inner switch is received.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENER SYSTEM (LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OPENER MAIN SWITCH)


    1. A0160ZFE01

      When the luggage compartment door opener main switch is ON (Pushed), push the luggage compartment door opener inner switch and check that the luggage compartment door opens.

      OK
      Luggage compartment door opener system operates normally.
    2. When the luggage compartment door opener main switch is OFF (Free), push the luggage compartment door opener inner switch and check that the luggage compartment door does not open.

      OK
      Luggage compartment door opener system does not operate.

    OK
  2. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Body / Active Test.

    5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the tester.

  3. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Body / Data List.

    5. Read the Data List according to the display on the tester.

  4. INSPECT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK


    1. A0161LHE04

      Remove the luggage compartment door lock Click here.

    2. Move the door lock to the close (lock) position.

    3. Apply battery voltage to the door lock motor and check operation of the door lock motor.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
