SLIDING ROOF SWITCH ASSEMBLY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A0161AYE06

      Remove the map light assembly.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      R5-8 (DOWN) - R5-39 (GND1) TILT DOWN switch is pressed Below 1 Ω
      R5-8 (DOWN) - R5-39 (GND1) TILT DOWN switch is not pressed 10 kΩ or higher
      R5-9 (UP) - R5-39 (GND1) TILT UP switch is pressed Below 1 Ω
      R5-9 (UP) - R5-39 (GND1) TILT UP switch is not pressed 10 kΩ or higher
      R5-10 (CLS) - R5-39 (GND1) SLIDE CLOSE switch is pressed Below 1 Ω
      R5-10 (CLS) - R5-39 (GND1) SLIDE CLOSE switch is not pressed 10 kΩ or higher
      R5-11 (OPN) - R5-39 (GND1) SLIDE OPEN switch is pressed Below 1 Ω
      R5-11 (OPN) - R5-39 (GND1) SLIDE OPEN switch is not pressed 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the map light assembly.
