POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM All Power Window Up Functions do not Operate with Entry Lock Switch

DESCRIPTION

When an entry lock switch is pressed and held for approximately 3 seconds: 1) the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) receives a switch signal, 2) the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) transmits a signal to all the power window regulator motors by multiplex communication via the multiplex network master switch assembly, and 3) all the power window regulator motors are operated to close the windows.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note

The power window control system uses a multiplex communication system (BEAN). Inspect the communication function by following How to Proceed with Troubleshooting Click here. Troubleshoot the power window control system after confirming that the communication system is functioning properly.

  1. CHECK BASIC FUNCTION (ENTRY AND START SYSTEM)
