INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 METER HOOD RETAINER

      Install the No. 2 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws <E>.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER

      Install the No. 1 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws <E>.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN


    1. A0160KP

      Install the 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 4 screws <E>.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SPACER


    1. A0162S3

      Install the instrument panel spacer.

  5. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH


    1. A015YTD

      Engage the 2 claws to install the engine switch.

  6. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

      Engage the 2 claws to install the automatic light control sensor.

  7. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Engage the 8 claws and 2 clips to install the defroster nozzle garnish.

  8. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 5 hooks (A).

    2. Install the front passenger airbag assembly with the 5 hooks (B) on the instrument panel.

      Install the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for LHD)

      Engage the 4 clamps.

    2. Connect the connector to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for RHD)

      Engage the 5 clamps.

    2. Connect the connector to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  11. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

      Install the navigation antenna with the 2 screws.

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  13. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A0160QZ

      Engage the 4 claws to install the side defroster nozzle.

  14. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A015ZCH

      Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws <E>.

  15. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01603U

      Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <E>.

  16. INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A0161J4

      Install the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <E>.

  17. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A01600J

      Install the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <E>.

  18. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A0163DF

      Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <E>.

  19. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <E>.
