FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT

      Remove the screw and No. 2 air duct.

  3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY


    1. A015YST

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the screw and air conditioning amplifier assembly.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. Release the 2 claws and remove the blower assembly.

  5. REMOVE COOL AIR BY-PASS CONTROL SERVO MOTOR

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and cool air by-pass control servo motor.

  6. REMOVE AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR


    1. A0160OG

      Remove the 4 clamps and connector, and disconnect the wire harness.

      Remove the 3 screws and heater piping cover.

    3. A01633T

      Remove the 3 screws and air mix control servo motor.

  7. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

      Remove the packing from the air conditioning tube assembly.

    2. A0162Z1

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and air conditioning tube assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube assembly.

      Remove the cooler expansion valve from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. A015Z3V

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. Remove the air conditioning harness assembly.

  9. REMOVE AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and air duct.

    2. A016292

      Remove the 4 screws and servo motor plate.

    3. A015Z1F

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Release the claw and remove the air outlet control servo motor from the servo motor plate.

  10. REMOVE AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR


    1. A015ZSX

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Release the claw and remove the air mix control servo motor from the servo motor plate.

  11. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0163IW

      Remove the screw and clamp.

    2. Remove the heater radiator unit sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A015YIL

      Remove the 5 screws.

    2. Release the 3 claws and remove the air duct.

    3. A015YT3

      Remove the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly from the air duct.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

      Remove the No. 1 cooler thermistor.
